Downstream management: Design, operational coordination, and supervision of the intervention phases
Target: Revamping from the dry grinding and granulation department to the sorting and packaging lines
Focus: Global plant redevelopment, production continuity, and general technical coordination

Objective

The Cermed intervention was established with the objective of restructuring a complete ceramic plant, improving its organization, efficiency, and functionality throughout the entire production cycle. The project was approached with an integrated method, aimed at optimizing the various areas of the plant and ensuring consistent management of all phases, from the revamping of the initial departments to the final sorting and packaging lines.

Implementation

For this project, Zetacer acted as General Contractor and handled the design, following the intervention in a cross-functional and coordinated manner. Activities involved the revamping of the dry grinding and granulation department, subsequently extending to the following sections of the plant up to the sorting and packaging lines. The value of the project lies in the ability to manage a complex plant as a single entity, coordinating workmanship, suppliers, site schedules, and technical solutions, with the goal of delivering a renovated, more efficient, and better-organized plant to the client.
