Zetacer’s site supervision ensures continuity between design and execution. It is not simply “site presence”: it is progress control, on-site technical verification, and operational coordination to keep layouts, drawings, and installation activities aligned, respecting schedules and reaching commissioning with defined timelines.

Zetacer’s activity continues beyond the initial phases and accompanies the plant during installation. Constant verification of the site reality against designs and layout drawings serves to immediately identify deviations, critical issues, and interferences, preventing small errors from becoming delays, costly variations, or start-up problems.

Supervision keeps the work “on track” with respect to agreed timelines. Zetacer ensures that activities proceed in the correct sequence, that preparations are consistent, and that integrations between suppliers do not create bottlenecks, so as to reach commissioning phases with a respected schedule rather than one “recovered at the last minute.”
