Layout Service

The Zetacer Layout Service, developed through the ZETA studio of Zanotti Fabrizio, defines the final plant drawings: positioning, connections, and integration logic between machines and equipment. It is a decisive phase because it transforms the design concept into a real configuration that can be coordinated on site, reducing interferences, rework, and delays.

Final layout: where the plant's operation is "decided."

The layout is not a floor plan: it is the operational definition of the placement and connection between machines, equipment, and service lines. Zetacer develops assembly drawings and final configurations that take into account dimensions, passages, accessibility, maintenance, and safety, in order to obtain a functional plant consistent with process flows.

Site preparation and supplier coordination.

Site preparation activities start from the layout: civil works, preparations, and service lines to the machines. The objective is to enable everyone to work without stepping on each other’s toes (and without discovering “gaps” when it is too late), ensuring effective coordination among different suppliers and avoiding operational overlaps.

Utilities and services

The Layout Service precisely defines the infrastructure necessary for line operation and proper installation, in order to reduce variations and corrective interventions during commissioning:
