Objective
To construct a reliable and continuous plant for bending glass intended for the automotive and construction machinery sectors, ensuring consistent quality of the finished piece, stable productivity and process control throughout the entire cycle.
Construction
Zetacer handled the design, construction and installation of a continuous cycle furnace sized to the client’s production requirements, with particular attention to the balance between thermal profile, residence times and flow management. The intervention included the integration of loading and unloading phases with consistent process logic, to reduce variability, waste and downtime, and obtain a manageable line also in view of future upgrades or expansions.
