Objective
Ensure constant and controlled feeding of the continuous mill, reducing flow rate variations and extraction discontinuities that impact process quality and product repeatability.
Implementation
Zetacer developed a dedicated plant for raw material extraction and dosing, integrating extraction points and flow management in a manner consistent with the existing ceramic plant. The solution was designed to ensure operational continuity, dosing control and ease of operational management, with particular attention to space requirements, accessibility and maintenance, thereby maintaining stable mill feeding under different production conditions.
