Feasibility study

The Zetacer Feasibility Study translates client input into a scaled technical proposal: plants, machinery, and overall configuration are defined in line with the production project (commercial and entrepreneurial) and the required performance, with the goal of achieving a feasible and sustainable solution.

From production project to plant configuration.

Starting from the project specifications for the production of semi-finished goods and products for the ceramic sector, Zetacer proposes and scales a complete solution: plant layout, machinery selection and sizing, process logic, and operational requirements. The proposal is designed to meet the client’s input and avoid “theoretical” setups that fail to perform in production.

Consultation and scope definition.

Technical consultation with the client serves to consolidate objectives, constraints, and priorities: what the plant must do, under what operating conditions, in what spaces, and within what operating limits. This defines the scope of subsequent work and sets the necessary checks to move on to structured technical evaluations and economic feasibility.

Technical evaluations and economic feasibility.

The Feasibility Study brings order before investing: it allows for the verification of technical consistency, plant compatibility, and operational impact, reducing the risk of revisions during implementation. The goal is to reach solid decisions: a scaled, understandable, and defensible solution, providing a clear basis for design, cost definition, and implementation phase planning.
